    SPECIE NAME:Dario Botia

    COMMON NAME OF THE SPECIE: Bengal Loach

    LOCATION: They are found in Bangladesh

    HABITAT: Although it primarily lives in streams and rivers, there is always a constant flow of water in its native region so the waters its habitat will fluctuate. This species will migrate to these lakes to look for food sources. After the monsoon season has past, the continuously melting glaciers of the Himalayas feed into the streams and rivers and it then moves back into these waters.The Bengal Loach Botia dario is a stately looking fish from Bangladesh

    SIZE: UPTO 15.2 CM.

    DIET: Diet Type: Omnivore Flake Food: Occasionally - Rarely, flake foods are not suggested. Tablet / Pellet: Occasionally Live foods (fishes, shrimps, worms): Half of Diet Vegetable Food: Some of Diet Meaty Food: Most of Diet Feeding Frequency: Several feedings per day

    FACT: Freshwater, brackish coastal estuaries, streams, rivers and floodplains.

    SPECIE NAME:Botia striata

    COMMON NAME OF THE SPECIE: Zebra Loach

    LOCATION: native to rivers and streams in the Western Ghats of India

    HABITAT: they are fresh water fish and Their normal habitat is slow to moderate flowing waters depending on the season. The substrate is normally made up of bedrock, boulders, gravel, sand and leaf litter and the habitat is usually shaded by the forests canopy.

    SIZE: UPTO 10.01CM.

    DIET: Diet Type: Omnivore Flake Food: Yes Tablet / Pellet: Yes Live foods (fishes, shrimps, worms): Some of Diet Vegetable Food: Some of Diet Meaty Food: Most of Diet Feeding Frequency: Several feedings per day

    FACT: All live food, algae, snails, brine shrimp, mosquito larvae and frozen, pelleted or tablet food.

    SPECIE NAME:Botia almorhae

    COMMON NAME OF THE SPECIE: Yo Yo Loach

    LOCATION: It is found in India and Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh

    HABITAT: This loach is considered a riverine species that It prefers still and slow running waters. It usually congregates in pools and still areas with rocky substrates.

    SIZE: UPTO 15.49CM.

    DIET: Diet Type: Omnivore - Mainly carnivorous in nature. Flake Food: Yes Tablet / Pellet: Yes Live foods (fishes, shrimps, worms): Most of Diet Vegetable Food: Some of Diet Meaty Food: Most of Diet Feeding Frequency: Several feedings per day

    FACT: Brine shrimp, mosquito larvae, tubifex, daphnia and vegetable foods along with tablets and frozen foods.

    SPECIE NAME:Macrognathus fasciatus

    COMMON NAME OF THE SPECIE: Yellow Banded Spiney Eel

    LOCATION: Freshwater; demersal. It founds in Asia: Manimala River in Kerala, India.

    HABITAT: Freshwater demersal & Tropical

    SIZE: UPTO 30.7CM. 1 KG.

    DIET: Aquatic Insects, Mollusces and aquatic vegetation

    FACT: Macrognathus fasciatus differs from its relative species by the presence of 28–30 dorsal spines, 26–27 vertical lateral lines on the body, 8–9 whitish yellow round spots present in a row in between every two vertical lines and first dorsal spine originate at the level or a little behind the end of pectoral fin.
