Terms and Conditions:
  1. Ticket is valid for the date specified on the ticket only.
  2. Visitors are requested to maintain mandatory COVID-19 protocols
  3. Visitor needs to keep the ticket safe with them and must produce the same as and when asked by the security or GCSC staff during their visit day. Visitor shall also produce their ID cards when requested.
  4. The Science City Tour combo offer Rs. 499/- will be available from Tuesday to Friday only during Science City working hours. It will not be available on weekends and public holidays and on any other day as decided by GCSC.
  5. The Entry combo offer Rs.349/- will be available on all days during Science City working hours.
  6. The combo offer rate is applicable per person and persons above three years of age.
  7. If any attraction/s is/are not working/under repair due to unforeseeable situations then another attraction shall be offered as decided by GCSC.
  8. No refund shall be given in case any attraction/s is/are not working due to unavoidable circumstances on the day of the visit.
  9. Theater show slots will be allotted on an availability basis and seats will be allotted on a random basis.
  10. Parking ticket is not included in the combo offers.
  11. Parking tickets are mandatory if parking is done inside GCSC premises.
  12. No other discount is applicable with the combo offer.
  13. VR Ride will be as decided by the GCSC.
  14. VR Ride is recommended for children of 10 years and above only.
  15. The Roboseum’s last guided tour will start at 7:30 PM.
  16. GCSC will have a right to stop the combo offer at any time without any prior intimation.
  17. In case of failure of online payment due to a technical issue, an automated refund is initiated, and if the same is not received within 7 working days, the visitor needs to mail the complete order and transaction details to email id:mail-gcsc[at]gujarat[dot]gov[dot]in . Depending on each bank's policy, it can sometimes take up to 30 working days for the reversal to take effect and reflect in the visitor’s bank account.
  18. In case of cancellation, the refund shall be processed as per the prevailing cancellation and refund policy. Partial cancellation is not allowed.
  19. Rescheduling of the ticket is not guaranteed.
  20. When tickets are booked, the visitor also agrees to the privacy policy.
  21. Customer Responsibility: You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit/debit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site/app and you alone use the "id" and "password" you have created in the site. GCSC will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience, or mental agony resulting from the misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number for booking facilities on this site.
  22. GCSC has the right to cancel the Visitor booking or update the charges for online facilities without any prior notice.
  23. All online transactions are as per the RBI guidelines and policies.
  24. GCSC is not responsible for any luggage loss or vehicles parked in the parking area. Pets are not allowed inside the campus. Any damage to the property shall initiate legal action and GCSC reserves the right to impose a fine for the same.
  25. In case of any dispute(s), the GCSC decision will be final.
  26. Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
