Job Profile:
The Assistant General Manager (Physical Sciences – Science
Popularization) will work on close coordination with the General
Managers and Science Curators, and will be responsible for
smooth administration, business development, market communication, visitor’s
engagement and experience and facility management in the Gujarat Science City.
The candidate should provide the leadership,
technical and administrative guidance to the department staff by setting the communicating standards,
assigning and reviewing the work, and monitoring the progress. The candidate
has to effectively plan and coordinate the operations with other areas
including developing the work plans to meet program objectives and administer
program operations on a timely basis. Deal with priorities, tight time pressures and unexpected changes in
deadlines.
The Assistant General Manager in Physical Sciences will look after
the basic science and engineering galleries and outreach programmes in terms of
the content creation and possible
collaboration with internal and external stakeholder for impactful
implementation. S/he should be a good team player and proactive person in
achieving the broader aims and objectives of Gujarat Science City.
Monthly Salary:
INR 70,000/- (On the basis of Cost to Company)
